Most of the customers surf Internet to find the lighting fixtures, they always say, Wow! too many fixtures, where should I start? Well, it is not surprise, I am sure. Indeed, there are a lot of the contemporary lighting fixtures in most of the lighting websites. The lighting styles and colors make you spin. Don't worry, next a few of the minutes, I am going to share with you how I helped my customers to walk through this important step.
Here is a list of the simple questions I always asked my customers:
Q1: Where do you want to layout the lighting fixtures?
Some of them said, "I am looking for a lighting fixtures for Kitchen". So I directly pointed them to the URL of "Kitchen lighting" on the website.(http://lightingsmart.com/index.php?page=search&subpg=Kitchen). Then they asked me "where did you find them?". It is easy, just type "Kitchen" on search box from the website. Most of the websites provide you with the search function.
Some of them still said "they are still too many to select". I totally agree it since there are many lighting fixtures available to Kitchen. OK, here was my next question I asked the customers:
Q2: Where should the lighting fixtures be put in your Kitchen? Ceiling or Wall? Top on the island or table?
They said "ceiling lighting". Good start! Now I asked the customer another question:
Q3: How high is your kitchen ceiling?
Some of them said, "God! I don't know" and most of them gave me its number, 8ft height. I suggest that you measure the height for your kitchen ceiling. Let's assume 8 ft (industry standard). So far, based on the information the customers provided me, I would like to recommend them to buy "ceiling mount lighting fixtures". Well, it is very close what you are looking for following my final question:
Q4: What color of the fixtures are you looking for?
The color selection is really depended on your kitchen style and the color matching with your wall, cabinet, table, floor, etc. You may have the following choices: Chrome or Brushed Steel, Rustic, and white. But the glass for the lighting fixtures are Frosted for most of contemporary ceiling mount lighting fixtures.
